Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4–8 business days.
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Please note that during busy periods including holiday seasons, sales events, and product launches processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
